Full Circle Valuations is a full service Real Estate Appraisal and BPO Valuation firm. Our experienced staff of Appraisers, Real Estate Brokers and Sales People offer a wide range of experience and the professional “know how” to accomplish your valuation needs in a precise and timely manner.

We service banks, brokers, asset management firms and private parties. Our valuations are utilized for first and second mortgage procurement, lines of credit, divorce, estate valuation, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) removal, and bank owned foreclosures.

As an experienced and professional valuation firm, all of our appraisers and real estate professionals are licensed through the Office of Banks and Real Estate and we thereby adhere to all aspects of licensure through professional education, continuing education.

Our Appraisers also adhere to Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD/FHA Underwriting guidelines. (Does not apply to any BPO Valuations)
